My first day of the CRAFTed programme at the School of The Holy Spirit in Kilkenny was Tuesday 1st February and I spent a lovely morning getting to know the children from Class 6 & 7 and introducing them to felting and as you can see from the pictures above they produced some really lovely work.

RDS Craft Competition Prize Winner

“Saltee Islands Vessels” won 2nd prize in the Felting Category of the RDS National Craft Competition in August.

The prize winners touring exhibition opens in The Courtyard Gallery, Midleton, Co. Cork, October 21 – November 9, 2010.
